My name is Amanda and I am the owner & CEO of Midtown Beauty Bar.

From a very early age, I knew that I had a passion for the beauty industry. I would do my sister’s hair and makeup ANYTIME she let me work my craft. I was born and raised in Reno, and moved to Seattle for esthetics school and attended the Aveda Institute. I have 8 years experience in lashes, 15 as an esthetician, and have fallen in love with educating the business side of the beauty industry. 

MBB was born with the beauty industry professionals in mind. My goal was to create an  environment where people could come to work, express themselves, and have fun while doing it! MBB2 was born in 2022, and this salon is a duplicate of the first, featuring more services and private rooms for more intimate services.  

Outside of my business, I love to travel the world and spend time with my loved ones. I live a spontaneous, positive life where I don’t believe in any limitations! I have a love for  making people feel beautiful, and helping others see themselves the way they are perceived by others. Midtown Beauty Bar is my happy place. I am obsessed with my job, my community, and am so grateful to have the opportunities I have worked for!
